Canadian piano duo Anagnoson & Kinton to open NSO's 71st season September 23!

The Niagara Symphony Orchestra is thrilled to welcome the stellar piano duo of James Anagnoson and Leslie Kinton, opening the 2018-19 season on Sunday September 23, 2:30 p.m.  In 2016, these gifted Canadians celebrated a 40-year partnership of astounding audiences across Europe and Canada, performances that the New York Times has praised for the duo's "formidable precision and panache".  Their dazzling interpretation of Mozart's Concerto for 2 Pianos will launch our season in a blaze of virtuosic glory.

See these artists as never before!  "The unanimity of those fingers would continue to astonish" says the Ottawa Citizen.  Now you can follow the flawless movement of each flying finger across all 176 piano keys.  The NSO is proud to premiere a split-screen video projection, allowing our audience to relish the music and watch it unfold in exquisite detail from every seat in the house.

Masterworks 1, A River Runs Through It is presented in Partridge Hall Sunday September 23 at 2:30 p.m.  The concert also features iconic works by Smetana and Debussy, exploring the seductive alchemy of water.
